Senior Field Engineer
We have an immediate opening available in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for a Senior Field Engineer. Applicants must have at least 10 years experience in troubleshooting and repairing IBM mainframe equipment including 359X, tape libraries, pSeries, and zSeries hardware. Qualified individuals must also have excellent client relations skills.

Sun Microsystems Senior Systems Engineer
We have an immediate opening available in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for an experienced Sun Microsystems-Senior Systems Engineer. This position requires a technician with at least 10 years experience in troubleshooting and repairing Sun systems and associated peripherals. Experience with other OEM compatible products is also highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of the Sun Solaris operating system, system administration, and a thorough understanding of system applications is required. Good troubleshooting skills and a proven track record of quality repairs is necessary. Qualified individuals must have excellent communications skills and the ability to develop client relationships.

Senior EMC Support Engineer
We have an immediate opening available for an experienced EMC Support Engineer. This position requires a technician with at least 5 years experience in troubleshooting and repairing EMC Symmetrix DASD arrays. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing a high level of customer satisfaction to clients with mission critical data environments. Experience in troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues by providing remote and onsite technical support while demonstrating excellent communications skills is required. Qualified individuals must be able to work with minimal direct supervision, must carry a cell phone, and have a flexible schedule to meet the unscheduled overtime and standby requirements.

Sr. Sales Representative
Minimum 5 years maintenance sales experience with great customer service skills to manage existing accounts and generate new business. Openings in all locations.
