Fair use guidelines for use and reference of CSI trademarks

CSI Computer Specialists, Inc. (herein referred to as "CSI") "trademarks" include the famous CSI eighteen bar globe logo and other designs owned and used by CSI (collectively referred to herein as "logos"), as well as CSI product and service names (collectively referred to herein as "product names"). CSI takes great care in the development and protection of its trademarks and reserves all rights of ownership of its trademarks.

Use of CSI logos

CSI carefully limits the use of its logos. No other company may use CSI logos unless it has the express written permission of CSI, or is licensed by CSI to do so.

To obtain permission to use any CSI logo, contact CSI at 301.921.8860 and ask for Corporate Branding.

Incorrect use of CSI trademarks:

Do not omit a footnote/attribution for CSI trademarks.

Do not alter the approved trademark.

Do not create any new logo for CSI or CSI product names.

Do not incorporate any CSI product names into your company's product names.

Do not incorporate any CSI product names into the root domain of any website owned by your company.

Do not misspell or use lower case letters when using the name CSI in text.

Do not use the CSI taglines.

Do not connect your company name with CSI product names.

Do not use the trademark name for a product or service as a noun, or in the plural form.

Do not misspell or incorrectly capitalize CSI trademarks.

Special attributions

The listed trademarks of the following companies require marking and attribution:

IBM RS/6000, pSeries, RISC System/6000, AS/400, iSeries, System i, S/390, zSeries, xSeries, i5/OS, OS/400, OS/2, AIX, and the IBM logo are trademarks of IBM Corporation in the United States, other countries, or both.

EMC, Connectrix, Symmetrix, CLARiiON and the EMC logo are trademarks of EMC Corporation in the United States, other countries, or both.

Sun, Sun Microsystems, the Sun Logo, Sun Enterprise, Sun Fire, StorEdge, Ultra, Netra, SPARC, Sun Blade, Java and all Java-based trademarks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Sun Microsystems, Inc. in the United States and other countries.

Microsoft, Windows, Windows NT, and the Windows logo are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation in the United States, other countries, or both.

Intel, Intel Inside (logos), MMX, Celeron, Intel Centrino, Intel Xeon, Itanium, Pentium and Pentium III Xeon are trademarks or registered trademarks of Intel Corporation or its subsidiares in the United States, other countries, or both.

UNIX is a registered trademark of The Open Group in the United States and other countries.

Linux is a trademark of Linus Torvalds in the United States, other countries, or both.

Other company, product, or service names may be trademarks or service marks of others.
